1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup diced celery
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cup uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and diced onion. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Place in lightly greased casserole dish and bake at 350º for two hours. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and serve.
