16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 tsp vanilla

12 slices thick bread

French Toast Mix:
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine ingredients for French Toast Mix and set aside. Place cream cheese, pineapple, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Beat well with a mixer until cream cheese is slightly fluffy. Heat griddle to 350º F. For each serving, dunk 2 pieces of bread into French Toast Mix. Place on griddle and cook until golden brown on one side. Carefully spread 2 Tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture on one side of the French toast. Top with another slice of French toast. Continue to cook 3 minutes to heat the cream cheese mixture. Cut in half and serve with warmed syrup.
