2 jars of spaghetti sauce, your choice, we use olive and mushroom and basil tomato.
1 can of small Italian style olives (or black small olives if that is all you can find)
1/2 cup green olives
1-2 sweet onions, carmalized (cooked to see-thru)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Capers
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1/2 Tablespoon dried garlic
1 teaspoon basil
2-3 chicken breasts or 8 chicken tenders, precooked.

Directions:
Saute onions in olive oil and put aside. Cook chicken in 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, until internal temperature is at least 180º. Cool chicken and then cut into small slices. In large sauce pan add the leftover juices from the chicken cooking, jars of sauce, sautéed onions, chicken, and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer on low for 20 minutes. Taste! If it is ok, serve it over your favorite pasta. Add sugar/spices to taste.
