Baby Back or Pork Ribs
1/2 - 1 Cup Cider or Balsamic Vinegar (or smaller amount depending on amount of ribs)
1/2 - 1 Cup Soy Sauce (equal parts vinegar to soy sauce.... got it!)
1/4 Cup of Water or less
6 Garlic Cloves - chopped
1/2 Jar of Salsa
3 bay leaves
Black Pepper

Brown Ribs in Pot with Garlic at Med heat
Mix in Vinegar and Soy Sauce and Water....
Add Bay Leaves and Add Pepper (amount depends on you, remember there's Salsa also) - Cover and let simmer for 40 mins
Add Salsa and let simmer (covered) for another 20 mins

I've made this for Mom/Dad and Cathy's family as well. I typically sprinkle some meat seasoning on the bone side of the ribs as that cooks off during the simmer process and creates another layer of flavor as well.
