4 eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar (I use splenda for this)
1 cup oil (substitute applesauce, optional)
16 oz can of pumpkin with spices
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cup flower
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until well combined
Grease and flour a 10x15 jellyroll pan
Spread mixture in pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
