22 oz. package of dark colored cookies (crumbled)

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
Mix these 3 ingredients together.

2 packages instant vanilla pudding (3 oz. pkg)
3 1/2 c. cold milk
12 oz cool whip
Mix these 3 ingredients together.

Mix the above 6 ingredients together.

Layer ingredients starting with pudding, then crumbled cookie, then pudding, and end with cookie as top layer.
