Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 to 4 lbs. spare ribs, loin ribs, pork chops, or meatballs
I have made all of the above in this sauce

Basting Sauce
1 cup catsup
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes tabasco sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 onion- chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Salt the ribs, place in a shallow roasting pan with the meaty side up. Bake at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes. Drain excess fat from the roasting pan.

Make the basting sauce by combining the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a boil

Pour over the ribs
Lower the temperature to 350 degrees
Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until the ribs are done
Baste the ribs every 1/2 hour
If the sauce gets too thick, just add water

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family does!
