1 package instant pistachio pudding
1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 container (9-ounce) Cool Whip, thawed
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, stir together dry pudding mix and pineapple until well-mixed.

2. Fold in Cool Whip well, then marshmallows, nuts. Best if refrigerated, covered, for several hours, or overnight before serving.
