1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cans (15 ounces each) red kidney beans
2 cans cream of tomato soup

1. Brown meat with onion and green pepper; drain and put in Dutch oven.

2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer a couple hours, covered.
