2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Rice Crispy cereal for topping

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix potatoes, cheese, soups, onion, sour cream, milk, and pepper. Spray large casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into casserole. Top with Rice Crispy Cereal. Bake at 350º for one hour (maybe an hour and 10-15 minutes).
