1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. bread crumbs or torn small chunks
1 t. each of salt and ground pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. cream or milk or
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 t. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. water
chicken bouillon cube
1 t. Accent

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions slightly, combine with beef, pork, bread, salt, pepper, eggs, cream and poultry seasoning. Form into small balls, fry brown. Cover add water, chicken bouillon cube and AccentŠ. Simmer. Add heavy cream and cream of chicken soup. Simmer and serve.
