6 lbs. chuck roast
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. catsup
2 T. chili powder
1 T. barbecue sauce
3 T. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from meat. Place meat in center of roasting pan. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover tightly. Bake 6 hours at 350º. Remove beef from pan; discard any bones. Shred meat with 2 forks. Return meat to sauce; stir and keep warm. Serve on semi-hard rolls.
