1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 t. salt
2 T. sugar
2 T. shortening
3 3/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast to warm water. Add remaining ingredients. Knead in greased bowl, let rise to double and punch down. Let rise again. Brush with cold water. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
