1 c. Nabisco 100% All Bran
1 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco (scant)
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. buttermilk
2 c Kelloggs All Bran
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Soak Nabisco 100% All Bran in boiling water and set aside. Cream sugar, Crisco. Beat 2 eggs and add buttermilk. Cream with sugar mixture. Add Kelloggs All Bran and mix. In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to sugar mixture. Fold in soaked Bran. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill 2/3 full and bake 15-18 minutes in 400º oven.
