1 or 2 cans, diced green chili's, drained
6 eggs, beaten
32 ounces milk
1 1/4 c. Dry Pancake Mix
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour green chili's over bottom of greased 9*13
Mix Eggs, Milk, and Pancake Mix. Layer over chili's.
Top w/ cheese.
Cover and Chill overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 60 minutes. It should look like a golden souffle when it's done.
