2 packages Crescent Rolls
2 8-oz. bars of Cream Cheese
1 Egg, separated
1 cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla

Topping:
1/2 cup pecans, ground
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 pan and layer bottom with 1 package of crescent rolls. Mix Cream Cheese, egg yolk, sugar & vanilla. Layer on top of crescents already in pan. Cover filling with the other package of crescents. Beat egg white until fluffy - brush over crescents. Top with Topping mixture. Bake in a 350º oven for 25-30 minutes, or until top is crisp and golden.
