1 package crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
3/4 lb. grated Monterrey Jack cheese
6 beaten eggs
1 can cream of onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Line greased 9x13 pan with rolls, seal perforations.
Cover w/ sausage, mushrooms, and half the cheese.
Mix eggs and soup, pour over casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Chill overnight. Bake at 350º F for one hour.
