6-8 Slices of Ham; cut into bit size pieces
8-10 medium potatoes
2 onions thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 - 10oz can cream of mushroom or celery soup
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Put half ham, onion, potatoes in casserole dish sprinkle with salt and pepper then the grated cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Spoon undiluted soup on top sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake on low (325º F) or on high (375º F) 4 hours.

This was a favorite recipe of the families; sometimes this meal was made from left over ham from a Sunday or holiday dinner.
