12 oz. sirloin steak
1/2 of a 1 lb. French loaf, split in half lengthwise
garlic cooking spray
1/2 tsp salt AND pepper
2 cups chunks ripe tomato
12 oz. baby spinach trio (spinach, arugula, and carrots)
1/2 cup oil and vinegar dressing
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Heat grill. Coat steak and cut surfaces of bread with garlic spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill steak, turning once, 6 minutes for medium rare. Grill bread, cut sides down, 2 minutes. Cut bread into chunks; thinly slice steak. Combine and toss all ingredients.
