Ingredients:  
16 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 can (8 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple, drained. 2 cups chopped pecans. 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper (optional). 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and form into one large ball, or two small balls. Serve with bland crackers.

This recipe was given to me by my longtime best friend Patty B Davis. This can be frozen for later use. Cheese ball may be rolled in finely crushed pecans.
