1 strawberry or white cake mix & ingredients to make according to package directions
3 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy whipping Cream
2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 F.
2) In a large bowl, make cake batter according to directions on the box. Whisk / mix until no longer lumpy and all ingredients are well blended.
3) Using a 12” Skillet on medium heat, combine the sliced berries and the sugar just until sugar is dissolved-don’t cook. Remove from the heat and pour 1 cup of cream over berries, then layer marshmallows on top of berries and cream.
4) Carefully pour cake batter over marshmallows starting at the outside edge of skillet and gradually spiraling in towards the center to keep strawberries and cream on the bottom of skillet. Put a lid on skillet and bake for 30 minutes.
5) Remove from oven and let cool in skillet for 15-20 minutes. Turn out onto platter and serve.
