Head of Napa lettuce. 1 green pepper, chopped. 1 bunch scallions, chopped. 1 bunch bean sprouts. 2 pkg dried Ramen noodles. 1/2 cup sliced almonds. 1/2 cup sesame seeds. 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/4 cup oil.

Directions:
Put first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Put next 3 ingredients on a cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350 degree oven 7 min. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and oil. When noodles, almonds, and seeds are cool, sprinkle over lettuce mixture and pour mixed dressing over and toss just before serving.
