1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1/3 cup milk
3 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in cocoa until smooth. Add milk and mix until smooth. Keep heat LOW to avoid scorching. Remove from heat. Add sugar a little at a time, working quickly, beating until smooth & glossy. Add vanilla. Frost cake while warm. Frosting sets up fast and has a glazed shiny look.
Frosts two layers or 1 sheetcake
