Blend together and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three months. Recipe can be easily halved.

This is a MUCH cheaper alternative than investing in preservative-filled cooking sprays or expensive cake-release bottles from the cake store. It is a great cake release and keeps cakes from sticking to your pans. I use this recipe for all of my cakes up to 16" in diameter.
