1 Box Betty Crocker or any yellow cake mix
2 Large cans crushed pineapple
2 Small boxes instant vanilla pudding (prepared)
1 Large cream cheese
1 Large (12 oz) Cool Whip
1 Large Angel Flake Coconut (can)

Directions:
Directions:
Make sheet cake - punch holes into cake with large fork. Pour crushed pineapple over cake. Soften cream cheese and mix with pudding (prepared) and add on top of pineapple. Mix Cool Whip and coconut and frost cake.

Personal Notes:
To cut down on calories, I use skim milk to prepare pudding and lite cream cheese. You could also use lite Cool Whip.
