2 cups flour (self rising)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup butter (don’t melt)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour & nutmeg. Mix butter & sugar in separate bowl. Blend in sour cream to butter mix. Then add flour mix. Mix well. Chill 1-2 hours. Add food coloring if desired. Then roll out onto wax paper (sugar and flour coated). Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick. Then cut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Take out when gooey.
