For the BBQ sauce:
1/2 cup water or chicken stock
1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 cup worsteshire sauce
1/3 cup honey
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 palmful of black pepper
a few dashes of ginger or 1 inch ginger root, peeled


1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup shelled edamame
1 fistful of green beans
3/4 pound chicken
brown rice for 4/5 servings ( I use Minute Rice )

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients for the BBQ sauce in a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, simmer for about 20 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Remove ginger root, if used.

Cook chicken and the shred. Place in a separate bowl. In same pan, saute onion. Add edemame and green beans. Saute until tender. Add Chicken back in and heat throughout.

Serve chicken and veges with a scoop of rice and top with sauce. Serve with crusty bread.
