2 slabs pork spare ribs
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Put spare rib slabs in large roasting pan and cover with water. Bake covered for 3 hours in 350º oven. Once tender, pour broth off and cool. pour BBQ sauce over ribs and put back in oven or on BBQ grill for 15 - 20 minutes uncovered.
