1 jar (4 oz) diced pimientos, drained, divided
1 small onion, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1 to 2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp.garlic salt
3 cups (12 oz.) finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
Minced fresh parsley
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside 2 Tbsp. pimientos for topping. In a large bowl, combine the remaining pimientos and the next seven ingredients. Stir in cheese.
Transfer to a serving bowl: sprinkle with pecans, parsley and reserved pimientos. Serve with crackers.
