3 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter (melted)
5 whole eggs
4 tblsp flour
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Mix well and pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes until set and lightly browned on top.
