2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
1 1/2 ox. package of spaghetti sauce mix
1 pint of small curd cottage cheese
3 cups (7-oz) medium noodles
1 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp.parsley flakes (I sometimes use fresh)
Salt
1 can (1 lb. 14 oz) can tomatoes
Water
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat in a skillet.
Sprinkle with half of the spaghetti sauce mix.
Spoon on 1 pint of creamed small curd cottage cheese.
Cover with noodles, uncooked.
Sprinkle with remaining spaghetti sauce mix, basil, parsley flakes
Salt to taste.
Top with the canned tomatoes (3 ½ cups) and 1 cup of water.
Cover tightly and simmer 30 to 35 minutes.
If you use an electric skillet, cook with a setting at 225º to 250º.
When done, sprinkle with 1 (4 oz) package shredded mozzarella cheese
Replace cover and let stand 10 min.
