3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. caraway seeds, cheese or herbs (optional)
6 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup (or enough) water to make a nice dough.

Directions:

Mix and pat out on a baking sheet. Bake 425º for 15 minutes.

Break into pieces and serve with soup or beans.

Mom, Viola (Sefcik) Jost gave me this recipe in 1985. I remember Grandma also visiting our home and making this to go with homemade soups. DELICIOUS!
