4 lbs. lean pork spare ribs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tbsps. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 cup water
1 onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat off ribs and cut in desired sizes. Spread in bottom of large, shallow baking fish or roaster. Mix all other ingredients in medium sized bowl. Pour over ribs and bake uncovered at 250º for 3 hours.
