1 head lettuce torn in bite size pieces
1 head cauliflower broken into small florets
1 pkg frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 lb. bacon, crisp fried and crumbled
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
1 cup miracle whip or mayonnaise
1-2 cups Parmesan cheese

layer vegetables in order listed. Sprinkle with dry Italian packet. Frost with mayo to seal. Cover generously with Parmesan Top with bacon. Refrigerate 24 hours. Toss before serving.
