Texas Ribs Recipe

1/3 c margarine
3/8 sugar white or brown
1 clove garlic crushed
½ tsp paprika
¼ c vinegar
1½ c ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
¾ tsp prepared mustard
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan simmer the above ingredients. Brown ribs in Dutch oven. Transfer to roaster and roast at 350º for 45 minutes. Pour off fat and pour sauce over ribs and continue to roast another ½ hour.

I usually reserve part of the sauce to serve over rice with the ribs. Everyone who tries this recipe wants the recipe for themselves.
