Sub rolls
Artichokes-chopped
3 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 fresh garlic cloves chopped
salt and pepper
Ricotta cheese
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop a can of artichokes and mix with olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper
Take sub rolls and sprinkle a bit of mozzarella cheese on both sides, then spread ricotta cheese over that. Put artichoke mixture on top of ricotta and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for about 8 minutes at 350, until cheese is melted and a bit browned.
