4-12 ounce center-cut bone-in pork chops

Marinade:
2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup terriyaki sauce
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Mango BBQ Sauce:
1 large mango, peeled and diced
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp Caribbean jerk seasoning
1 tsp Creole seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade: Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Marinate pork chops for 24 hours.

Mango BBQ Sauce: Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until liquified. Set aside.

Final preparation: Grill pork chops to desired temperature. Cover bottom of plate with Mango BBQ Sauce. Great with grilled julienned vegetables.
