2/3 cup heavy cream
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 container (8 ounce) of Cool Whip
1 sleeve Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies, chopped
Chocolate Syrup
1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
1 1/3 cups margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9 inch springform pan and set aside. In small bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted margarine. Press into bottom of springform pan. In heavy saucepan, combine heavy cream and chocolate chips. Cook over low heat until chips are melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes.
In large bowl, combine Cool Whip and melted chocolate chips Pour half of mixture over Oreo crust, and sprinkle chopped Thin Mints on top. Drizzle chocolate syrup over Thin Mint cookies, and top with remaining Cool Whip mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Serves 8.
