2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 heaping T. flour or cornstarch
3 heaping T. cocoa (or 3 medium bananas & coconut)
2 eggs for pudding, whipped ( or for pie, use 2-3 egg yolks, saving whites for meringue)
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and sugar until warm in a sauce pan. Whisk dry ingredients, then add to warmed milk. Stir constantly. When the mixture starts to thicken, take a small amount of pudding out of sauce pan. Cool slightly then add egg, combining fully. Add egg mixture to sauce pan stirring continuously. Cook until thick. Take off of heat. Add butter and vanilla.

If making pie, pour pudding into graham or pie crust. When cooled, add egg white meringue to top.
