1/2 cup of chopped nuts
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped nuts in lightly buttered 9 inch pan.

Combine 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter in sauce pan. Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly. Boil 4 to 5 minutes or to 270 degrees. Pour over nuts in pan.

Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips. Cover 2 minutes or until chips melt. Chill and break into pieces.
