Lynn's Country Style Baked Porkribs
Makes serves 6-8 •
Ingredients
1 bottle Any flavor barbeque sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Liquid Smoke
3-4 tbsp Molasses (to a desired sweetness)
2 8oz cans Tomato sauce
2 8oz cans Pineapple chunks (undrained)
4- 4 1/2 lbs Pre-cut boneless Pork ribs (Country Style)
Directions
Trim off the fat of boneless country style pork ribs. Arrange in a large shallow baking dish. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour evenly over the ribs and cover. Cook @ 410 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours. The longer the ribs and sauce are cooked, the more tender and thicker they become. Serve over cooked rice.
