9" Unbaked Pie
1 cup Canned Mincemeat
1/3 cup Chopped Nuts
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
3 Eggs Beaten
1 cup Water
1 1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mincemeat, and chopped nuts. Spread over bottom of the pie crust. Combine together the remaining ingredients. Very slowly pour custard over mincemeat. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes, and then bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350º.
