Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1.5 pd. of ham (run through food processor)
1 pd. of pork sausage-I used the sage flavored ground sausage
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 sleeve of soda crackers
1 tsp. sage

Basting ingredients:
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
5 T. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Take processed ham, pork, pepper, eggs, milk, crackers, and sage and mix together. Shape into balls and place into a large 9 x 13 or larger dish. Once full, place in a preheated 350º oven. It will bake for 45 minutes. As soon as you put it in the oven, begin your basting ingredients on the stove top. Once all ingredients are in the pan, bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Take off from heat. Once meatballs have been in the oven for 15 minutes, begin basting meatballs. I try to baste them at least 2-3 times while baking. They're delicious if you like a little sweetness! They're one of Abby's favorites!

Personal Notes:
If you don't want it that sweet, you can cut the basting ingredients in half. That was my original recipe, but I like the syrup. They work well even for warming up for a few days if you keep the syrup to put on it again for warming up.
