Crust:
1 roll of sugar cookie dough or 2 packages pre-cut sugar cookie dough

Orange Sauce:
¼ cup sugar
½ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Filling:
1 8oz package of cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla

Fruit:
2 cups assorted fruit
-fruit can be combined together and "dumped" on or you can create a design with the fruit

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crust - Press dough out onto a cookie sheet, preferably a round pizza pan, making sure dough is equally thick throughout. Bake in oven according to package directions.

2. Orange Sauce - Combine sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture is thick. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Cover and cool the sauce without stirring.

3. Filling - In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until fluffy.

4. Fruit - Cut up the fruit into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl. Once the fruit is cut up, spoon the orange sauce over the fruit and mix them together, making sure to cover all the fruit

5. Crust and cream cheese filling - Spread the cream cheese filling onto the cooled cookie crust.

6. Fruit topping - You may spoon the fruit onto the cream cheese filling or pick individual pieces out to make a design
