1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
1 onion, sliced
2 celery ribs, cut up
4 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, peeled & cubed
2 t. salt
2 T. tapioca
1 c. tomato juice
1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in bottom of roasting pan. Layer onion, celery, carrots, & potatoes on top. Mix salt, sugar, tapioca, & tomato juice. Pour over veg. Cover & bake 250º for 4 hours.
