Lettuce, torn bite-sized
Cauliflower, broken into small florets
Chopped green onion
Shredded cheese
Crumbled bacon

Dressing:
Mayonnaise/sour cream (Mix 1:1)
Granulated sugar (just a little, to suit your tastes)
Milk, to thin a little

Directions:
Directions:
1. Layer veggies, in order given, in large oblong glass dish.

2. Mix dressing ingredients together, then frost veggies with it. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then crumbled bacon. Cover, then chill several hours, or overnight before serving.

Can also layer in frozen peas, thawed, right from bag, about 1/2 cup, or whatever amount you like.
