50 large marshmallows
1 cup milk
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1 package frozen red raspberries
1 cup water
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (3-ounce) package raspberry Jello©

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slowly melt the marshmallows in the milk. Cool completely, then fold in 1 large container Cool Whip (not the biggest size, but the “regular size” carton).

2. Stir the cornstarch, sugar, raspberries, water, lemon juice and Jello© together in a saucepan and cook until thickened.

3. Crush 1 ¼ cup (1 whole inner packet) graham cracker crumbs; mix in ¼ cup (½ stick) melted butter, chopped nuts, if desired. Press into 13x9-inch pan. Do not bake. Pour on the marshmallow mixture evenly. Let set. Pour on raspberry mixture. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
