1 head lettuce
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 package slivered almonds, toasted in dry skillet, cooled
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted in dry skillet, cooled
1 small can Chinese noodles (chow mein or rice noodles)
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Dressing:
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Break lettuce up in large bowl. Add cooled chicken and onions; toss; cover and chill until ready to serve.

2. Mix dressing ingredients together in a jar. Shake well.

3. Before serving, add noodles, almonds, seeds to chicken/onion mixture; toss well. Pass dressing, shaking well just before pouring.
