1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 or 4 heads broccoli, separated into florets
1/2-1 cup raisins
1/2 cup shelled, unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped red onion (can omit or use green onion)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Sugar, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, except last three.

2. Stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar to make a thick, but pourable dressing; pour over broccoli mixture and stir to mix. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
