2 lg. loaves of bread, broken in small pieces
1/4 stalk chopped celery
1 lg. finely chopped onion
4 Tbsp. sage, to taste
4 Tbsp. pepper, to taste
4 Tbsp. salt, to taste
giblets, cooked as directed
oysters, if needed.

Directions:
Directions:
Take small bread pieces, put in oven and brown for a while. Take the turkey or chicken giblets and cook until tender, cut into very, very small pieces. Mix all ingredients together (add oysters to half or all of recipe if desired) if too dry add some water. Line pan with foil, put the dressing in. Bake about 1 and 1/2 hours at 350º, maybe more.
